The musician Girolamo (Geronimo) Abos (Abosso), author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in La Valetta on the 16th November 1715, the same year of the composers Dal Barba, Delange, Helmont, Maggiore, Manna, Sodi. He died in Napoli on the ?th October 1760
