The musician Pavel (Ivanovich) Blaramberg was born in Orenburg on the 26th September 1841, the same year of the composers Andrée, Bachrich, Bevignani, Bolzoni, Caudella, Chabrier, Dvorák, Famintsïn, Héritte, Kowalski, Lange, Marenco, Mattei, Nessler, Parry, Pedrell, Ritter, Tarnowski, Usiglio, Vakhnyanyn. He died in Nizza on the 28th March 1907
