The musician Jan Ladislav (Johann Ladislaus; Ludwig) Dussek (Dusik) was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Caslav on the 12nd February 1760, the same year of the composers Brandl, Cherubini, Gaveaux, Giuliani, Graetz, Haack, Le Sueur, Moorehead, Partsch, Ragué, Shaw, Valeri.
