The musician Paolo Gallico was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Trieste on the 13rd May 1868, the same year of the composers Angeli, Bantock, Bleichmann, Braga, Brandts Buys, Broome, Ellberg, Engel, Erlanger, Gawronski, Giarda, Gilbert, Hrazdira, Jarno, Jebe, Joplin, Lorenz, MacCunn, Maurice, Merikanto, Monti, Mortelmans, Patterson, Schillings, Silver, Skilton, Tomás. He died in New York on the 6th July 1955
