The composer Franz Sebastian Haindl (Heindl), author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Altötting on the 11th Jenuary 1727, the same year of the composers Anfossi, Balbastre, Berton, Gabellone, Starzer, Traetta. He died in Passau on the 23th April 1812
