The musician Vicente Arregui Garay, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Madrid on the third July 1871, the same year of the composers Ambrosio, Blech, Borch, Converse, Demény, Jessel, Kaempfert, Lowtzky, Mugellini, Nevin, Paliashvili, Patterson, Pipkov, Reuss, Robles, Shapleigh, Spendiaryan, Stenhammar, Urbach.
