Catterino Cavos was born in Venezia on the 30th October 1775, the same year of the composers André, Boïeldieu, Crusell, Dumonchau, Ebell, Eberwein, García, Isouard, Mosca, Radicati, Ruzitska. He died in San Pietroburgo on the 10th May 1840
