The composer Norman Cazden, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in New York on the 23th September 1914, the same year of the composers Anderberg, Devcic, Dumitrescu, Effinger, Gross, Johansson, Kapr, Kleinsinger, Kubelik, Kubik, Malipiero, Masanetz, Mellers, Márkos, Ohana, Pallandios, Ryterband, Sonninen, Sulek, Tulikov. He died in Bangor (Me.) on the 18th August 1980
