Tigran Chukhadjian, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Constantinople in 1837, the same year of the composers Aceves y Lozano, Diaz (de la Peña), Dubois, Ferrari, Gheluwe, Grisart, Guiraud, Holmes, Jensen, Levey, Molloy, Sommer, Sonnenfeld. He died in Smyrna on the 25th February 1898
