The musician Pietro Maria Crispi, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Roma in 1737, the same year of the composers Beckmann, Esser, Giroust, Haydn, Hopkinson, Kimmerling, Manfredini, Millico, Myslivecek, Petrucci, Rouwyzer, Schwindl.
