The composer Brizio Petrucci, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Massalombarda on the 12nd Jenuary 1737, the same year of the composers Beckmann, Crispi, Esser, Giroust, Haydn, Hopkinson, Kimmerling, Manfredini, Millico, Myslivecek, Rouwyzer, Schwindl. He died in Ferrara on the 15th June 1828
