Oscar de Lagoanère was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Bordeaux on the 25th August 1853, the same year of the composers Arkas, Bridge, Henneberg, Keurvels, Knorr, Koessler, Luard-Selby, Malherbe, Messager, Porumbescu, Rendano, Roger, Rousseau.
