The musician Franz Mittler was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Vienna on the 14th April 1893, the same year of the composers Absil, Benjamin, Binet, Boulanger, Chlubna, Collins, Griffis, Guarino, Hába, Karastayanov, Langgard, Leça, MacMillan, Masetti, Merikanto, Messner, Moore, Negrea, Palau Boix, Pergament, Petit, Pisk, Rein, Rogers, Seymour, Tikotsky. Died in Monaco on the 28th December 1970
