The composer Leopoldo Mugnone was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Napoli on the 29th September 1858, the same year of the composers Barkworth, Berson, Chapuis, De Lara, Elling, Erb, Fauchey, Ferroni, Hubay, Huë, Kazachenko, Klein, Krug, Lambert, Landini, Löhse, Major, Maunder, Müller-Reuter, Nicolau, Ochs, Puccini, Shelley, Smyth, Tirindelli, Trnecek. He died in Capodichino (Napoli) on the 22nd December 1941
