José Rogel(1829-1901)
The composer José Rogel, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Orihuela on the 24th December 1829, the same year of the composers Acton, Bertini, Braga, Dietrich, Gottschalk, Hartog, Ipavec, Ivry, Karrer, Lazare, Millard, Pinsuti, Roberti, Rubinstein, Stiehl, Thomas, Thooft.
