Johann Paul (Jan Pavel) Wessely (Veselý) was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Hluboká on the 24th June 1762, the same year of the composers Agthe, Haibel, Kelly, Momigny, Nicolini, Parke, Pollini, Portugal, Sogner, Storace. He died in Ballenstedt on the first June 1810
