The composer Fyodor Stepanovich Akimenko (Yakimenko) was born in Kharkov on the 20th February 1876, the same year of the composers Alpaerts, Brian, Broqua, Børresen, Delune, Falla (y Matheu), Gnecchi, Koeberg, Laparra, Morawski-Dabrowa, Nielsen, Polignac, Poueigh, Ruggles, Sabrá. He died in Parigi on the third Jenuary 1945
