The musician Andrei Babayev was born in Azerbaijan on the 27th December 1923, the same year of the composers Blumenfeld, Czyz, Haentjes, Klaus, Lesser, Ligeti, Lybbert, Mann, Newlin, Pozdro, Remenkov, Rorem, Taylor, Testi, Tolstoy, Trimble, Valek.
