The musician Lester (Albert) Trimble was born in Bangor on the 29th August 1923, the same year of the composers Babayev, Blumenfeld, Czyz, Haentjes, Klaus, Lesser, Ligeti, Lybbert, Mann, Newlin, Pozdro, Remenkov, Rorem, Taylor, Testi, Tolstoy, Valek.
