Marguerite Canal was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Tolosa on the 29th Jenuary 1890, the same year of the composers Ambros, Barbier, Bourguignon, Clokey, Cortinas, Grad, Guerrini, Gurlitt, Gál, Ibert, Kovalev, Manning, Martin, Martinu, Medins, Moore, Nottara, Nystroem, Petersen, Reuter, Roig, Schoemaker. He died in Cépet (Tolosa) on the 27th Jenuary 1978
