The musician Léon Dubois was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Bruxelles on the 9th Jenuary 1859, the same year of the composers Bemberg, De Koven, Enna, Goepfart, Gunsbourg, Harcourt, Herbert, Ilyinsky, Mandl, Rösel, Schjelderup, Taubmann, Valle-Riestra.
