The musician Eugène D' Harcourt, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Parigi on the second May 1859, the same year of the composers Bemberg, De Koven, Dubois, Enna, Goepfart, Gunsbourg, Herbert, Ilyinsky, Mandl, Rösel, Schjelderup, Taubmann, Valle-Riestra. He died in Locarno on the 4th March 1918
