The composer Sylvain Dupuis was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Liège on the 9th October 1856, the same year of the composers Aspestrand, Bird, Gabriel, Gall, Geisler, Gédalge, Kastalski, Macbeth, Mottl, Schütt, Sinding, Taneyev.
