Fernand Leborne, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Charleroi on the 10th March 1862, the same year of the composers Balanchivadze, Behm, Berutti, Damrosch, Debussy, Delius, Emmanuel, Ganne, Greef, Harriss, Jones, Klose, Koch, Kovarovic, Lavrangas, Marshall-Hall, Maurice, O'Dwyer, Pizzi, Reiter, Vanzo. He died in Parigi on the 15th Jenuary 1929
