Arthur Meulemans(1884-1966)Arthur Meulemans, author of instrumental and vocal music, was born in Aarschot on the 19th May 1884, the same year of the composers Benatzky, Boero, Boulnois, David, Ferrari-Trecate, Gruenberg, Koczalski, Lambert, Launis, Liuzzi, Piskácek, Rangström, Rytel, Rózycki, Toni, Ugarte.
