Floro Manuel Ugarte(1884-1975)The composer Floro Manuel Ugarte, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Buenos Aires on the 15th September 1884, the same year of the composers Benatzky, Boero, Boulnois, David, Ferrari-Trecate, Gruenberg, Koczalski, Lambert, Launis, Liuzzi, Meulemans, Piskácek, Rangström, Rytel, Rózycki, Toni.
