The composer Miguel Nieto was born in Madrid on the 17th October 1844, the same year of the composers Barrera Gómez, Cellier, Erkel, Grammann, Grädener, Hertz, Kratzer, Kullak, Mathieu, Paladilhe, Rauchenecker, Rimsky-Korsakov, Rüfer. He died in Madrid on the th August 1915
