The musician Georg Wilhelm Rauchenecker was born in Monaco on the 8th March 1844, the same year of the composers Barrera Gómez, Cellier, Erkel, Grammann, Grädener, Hertz, Kratzer, Kullak, Mathieu, Nieto, Paladilhe, Rimsky-Korsakov, Rüfer.
