The musician Ancieto Ortega del Villar was born in Tulancingo in 1825, the same year of the composers Bristow, Doppler, Gabriel, Gollmick, Gutiérrez (y) Espinosa, Hol, Horn, Loder, Lucantoni, Marpurg, Nibelle, Oudrid y Segura, Ouseley, Reissmann, Rongé, Strauss.
