The musician Oscar Rasbach was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Dayton on the second August 1888, the same year of the composers Alexandrov, Beyer, Butting, Clapp, Coppola, Crews, Delvincourt, Durey, Milligan, Odak, Shaposhnikov, Sklavos, Steiner.
