Henri-Jean Rigel was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Parigi on the 11th May 1772, the same year of the composers Bierey, Dalvimare, Destouches, Grétry, Lemoyne, Lipavský, Liverati, Mosca, Mosel, Puccini, Triebensee.
