The composer Heinrich (Harry) Berté was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Hlohovec on the 8th May 1857, the same year of the composers Bruneau, Chaminade, Dellinger, Dluski, Doppler, Elgar, Kelley, Kerker, Kienzl, Lazzari, Leoncavallo, Muresianu, Pasmore, Planchet, Schoenefeld, Spetrino, Tarditi. He died in Perchtoldsdorf (Vienna) on the 23th August 1924
