The musician Giovanni Tarditi was a author of vocal and instrumental music; was born in Acqui on the 10th March 1857, the same year of the composers Berté, Bruneau, Chaminade, Dellinger, Dluski, Doppler, Elgar, Kelley, Kerker, Kienzl, Lazzari, Leoncavallo, Muresianu, Pasmore, Planchet, Schoenefeld, Spetrino.
