Paul Burkhard(1911-1977)The composer Paul Burkhard, who wrote music for orchestra, chamber and vocal music, was born in Zurigo on the 21 December 1911, the same year of the composers Alain, Bartolozzi, Bergman, Cikker, Gershfeld, Grunenwald, Hercigonja, Herrmann, Hovhaness, Kiesewetter, Koetsier, Menotti, Mul, Napoli, Ocenas, Reizenstein, Rota, Schultze, Shimizu, Smith, Tate.
