The composer Leslie (Hays) Heward was born in Littletown on the 8th December 1897, the same year of the composers Ascone, Barth, Bentzon, Bravnicar, Cowell, Fernström, Gerster, Golishev, Kerr, Korngold, Kósa, Lillen, Lorenzo Fernândez, Maganini, Mignone, Moeschinger, Riisager, Salmon, Sorozabal (Marialcurrena), Stringfield, Sutherland, Tansman.
